LookingForMichael is a project by Metropolis, a global web & TV project initiated by Dutch public broadcaster VPRO. Since 2008, over 50 worldwide correspondents have made over 500 video reports on over 50 global topics, ranging from obesity and being old in different cultures to life in prison and beauty ideals.

For a new episode, to be aired on December 11, 2009, Metropolis wants to show the global impact Michael Jacksons life and death still has on people on all continents. That's why we set up this web site, on which we encourage you to send in your Michael Jackson imitation. We aim to find Michael Jackson imitators from Iceland to Zambia and from Shanghai to Rio de Janeiro!

The best contribution wins a prize of 1000$ and will end up in our TV broadcast. And every item that is uploaded to this site has a good chance of becoming part of our global documentary on the King of Pop.
